1 General Provisions

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳32,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• Only one bonus offer applies per deposit.
• If an attempt is made to misuse bonuses through multiple accounts, those accounts will be permanently closed.
• ac3365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

VIP programme members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier: up to Bronze tier 0.2%, Silver tier 0.5%, Gold tier 0.8%, and Platinum tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on the ac3365 platform are governed by the following general rules:

• Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error, ac3365 reserves the right to declare that round void and refund the bets.
• In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, specific clauses of the betting rules will apply.
• Transferring balance from one account to another is strictly prohibited.
• ac3365 is not liable for losses caused by software errors or network issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac3365 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through coordination among multiple players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
